Clicky

I am having an issue where every time I initially load a web page it times out, I then click refresh and it finally loads the page. When I look through the event viewer I have found a common error. Currently running Windows 7 Professional SP1 with IE9; however, this issue also happens in firefox.

Level: Warning
Event ID: 1014
Source: DNS Client Events
Description: Name resolution for the name (dnsservername.com) timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded.

I have tried multiple DNS servers and have tried resetting the internet options to default and reinstalling internet explorer. I have cleared all internet options as well as flushed the DNS cache. If anybody has any idea what might be causing this any help would be greatly appreciated.

How did you configure DNS settings on that machine? Is it a domain member or standalone workstation?

Sounds like an IPv6 routing issue. Do you still have this issue after you disable IPv6?

The workstation is not on a domain just a workgroup, and yes I already have tried disabling the IPv6 and the issue still occurred.

OK, so I would suggest to change DNS server for test to (looks like delay on line between your station and DNS server)

8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 (Google)

or you may ask your ISP to provide you some.

When still no luck we can try with few Polish (if you wish)
