MS SQL 2008 R2/ SP2010 Standard -  server Report Builder 3.0 report shows data when run in Report Builder 3.0  but not when run in browser (IE9, Firefox 7)

We have many other reports that run fine either way. This new report works perfectly in Report Builder 3.0
but when run in IE shows no data.

The master repoort runs but the embedded ones do not. But we have used this format many times in other master reports and it works.

There is data there and the 'No data available' message appears correctly when there is none in reality,

Any ideas how to investigate?

What error message are you getting?

Regarding no data msg, can you validate your parameters that you are passing and whether you get the result for them?

No error message, data exists and is pulled in by stored procedure, we can see that.
But by comparing earlier simplier working and later non-working versions we can see that the failing one has bad html output (Using IE/Firefox dev tools then compare side by side in Notepad++) once it gets to a subreport. Recreating the subreport again we can see that the recreated subreport works up until we use the Dynamic Height property in the sparkline chart. It feels like a bug as it only when rendered to html does this error occur.
