I cant seem to find the policy where I can set that users will have their default outlook signature added to emails when replying to emails.

Anyone able to point me in the right direction on this?

System: Exchange 2010, Outlook 2010, Windows 2008 R2 AD

I will check if there is disclaimer service.
But I guess Iam not totally blind when I couldnt find this setting in the outlook gp settings?

PeteLong is right you can add disclaimer by using transport rules on your exchange server.

by default you will not find any settings in GPO but if you want to update outlook or any office application settings through GPO settings then you have to add office adm to gpo once you will add the adm for office you will be able to apply outlook settings and other office application like excel, ms-word etc.

Hello, i have implemented a rule transport like disclaimer with html to stablish a signature.

The big problem that i have now, is that always put all the disclaimer at the end of the mail, so if i have a mail with 3 answers i have the end of the mail with 3 disclaimers.

The signature is not in the correct place, attach an example.

Some body knows if i can improve it?
